Synopsis:
More than ninety years old, Cecilia Mangini, the first female Italian documentary-maker, finds negatives of photos she and her partner Lino del Fra took during the war in North Vietnam for the preparation of a documentary that they were never able to make. A film about memory, that of the past, which in the case of Cecilia is still very lively, and that of the present, which at her age, dissolves as though written on water. Skilful editing restores life to that adventure in support of the fighting Vietnamese people.
