Synopsis:
The past, present and future of Regina Pacis, the largest Temporary Permanence Centre in Italy between 1998 and 2006, the year it was totally abandoned. Between documentary and fiction, the film seeks a constant antithesis between what the place should have been and what it really was and will be.
